Perfect Care Match is actively recruiting experienced and professional caregivers who are able to support our clients on a daily basis for our Full Service Agency division, Professional Care Match.
The right candidates should be ambitious, energetic, service-minded and have the ability to assist with a friendly smile. Compassionate and caring attitude is a must.

Hourly & Live-In – Per Diem

Long term and short term assignments are available.

Appropriate PPE will be provided, along with the most up to date infection control training.

Currently, serving homes New England

We provide Live-In Care in all of Massachusetts

Must have reliable transportation for 8-12 hourly assignments. We assist with transportation arrangements for live-in care assignments.

Responsibilities:

Follow Plan of Care designed by agency for clients
Assist with personal hygiene-bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care requirements
Bathroom assistance
Incontinence care
Ambulation assistance
Assistance with all activities of daily living
Assist in planning meals, cook/prepare meals and snacks
Make sure clients get medications on time-document and notify agency of missed medications
Inform agency of incidents or uncommon occurrences
Act calm and swiftly during an emergency
Light housekeeping in main living areas-dusting, vacuuming, mopping, washing surfaces, disinfecting in common areas and bathrooms
Washing, drying, folding and storing of laundry
Transportation to/from appointments, shopping and other errands
Companionship-socialization with client
Wellness activities
Encourage exercise
Purposeful engagement activities
Grocery shopping, if needed-both online and in store
Monitor and notify agency of low grocery and cleaning supplies
Dementia care-free training provided-we are always here to support you and our client
Hospice support care
Communication requirements-written and verbal with agency, as required, regarding assigned cases

Requirements:

Dependable
Prior experience as a caregiver or personal care assistant (2 plus years-certified nurse, home health aide preferred)
Great communication skills
Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety standards
Ability to lift 100+ lbs regularly
CNA, HHA, PCA certification preferred
A valid drivers license
Must be dedicated, reliable, and sensitive to the needs of the elderly
Pre-Employment/Random drug testing
Authorized to work in the US
Must Complete All Covid-19 Training and Must Follow Protocols Put in Place.
