Better Health at Every Age: Developing Your Blue Zones Lifestyle Strategy

Tuesday, November 18th, 2025  2:00 pm - 3:00 pm (EST)

Blue Zones are regions where people live significantly longer and healthier lives, often reaching 100 or older. Identified through extensive research, these regions provide valuable insights into lifestyle choices that contribute to longevity. Explore the Blue Zones Diet and Lifestyle, where a focus on plant-based nutrition, regular exercise, social connections, and a zest for life combine to promote longevity. Discover the basics of a healthy diet that emphasizes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and nuts while limiting processed foods and added sugars. This approach supports overall health, weight management, and heart health, reduces inflammation and chronic disease risk, and boosts cognitive function.

Topics include:
  • Key Principles of the Blue Zones Approach
  • Nutrition/Nourishment – The Plant-Based, Nutrient-Dense Diet
  • Healthy Cooking & Meal Planning Techniques
  • Incorporating Regular Physical Activity & Movement into Daily Living
  • The Importance & Role of Cultivating Meaningful Relationships & Sense of Purpose
